Shipping & Delivery
Every order ships from our European warehouses with tracked, insured carriers. Standard shipping is a flat €10 per order to our four core countries. Express upgrades are available at checkout where the carrier supports them.

Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Larger items (rugs over 200×290 cm, floor lamps) ship with a signature-on-delivery service.
Customs and VAT
All prices include EU VAT. Orders within the European Union ship with no additional customs charges.
Returns
30-day returns across Luxembourg, Belgium, France and Germany on all unused items in original condition.
