Orders are dispatched within one business day. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days to LU, BE, FR and DE; express options are available at checkout where carrier coverage allows.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition for a full refund. Returns are accepted across Luxembourg, Belgium, France and Germany.

Which materials do you use?

Natural fibres (wool, jute, cotton), hand-thrown ceramic, woven rattan, brushed metal and natural linen — all sourced from artisan workshops we know by name.

How do I care for my rug or lamp?

Vacuum rugs weekly without a beater bar; rotate every few months. Wipe lamps with a dry microfibre cloth and use 2700K–3000K LED bulbs at the recommended wattage listed on each product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in EUR.

How do I choose the right rug size?

In a living room, choose a rug large enough that the front legs of every seat rest on it (160×230 cm or 200×290 cm). In a bedroom, place it under the bottom two-thirds of the bed.
